Following our whitepaper, Money and mental health: how financial wellbeing impacts students, we wanted to examine the practical matters of financial support, including what students seek, how they seek it and when. Student satisfaction is central to institutions’ objectives, but how can universities and colleges address high impact opportunities while increasingly needing to do even more with even less?
This report presents our findings from a survey completed by 1,000 university students, conducted by Censuswide on our behalf.
It seeks to provide understanding of students’ thoughts about financial support and guidance, their habits and their preferences for seeking it. It also strives to identify opportunities to accelerate student satisfaction and help put processes in place to enable all students to access financial support in a world where staff and students are on campus less than ever before.
