After consultation with our community, Blackbullion is delighted to be launching an accelerator-type programme for new (and existing) partners to help them get the most out of Blackbullion.

The inaugural cohort of the “Steps for Success Programme” will kick off the (virtual for now) programme on 13th of May.

This programme has been launched in response to our research which shows that those universities that kick off their Blackbullion partnership as part of a group, launching at the same time, are better able to have a smooth and impactful pre-arrival period and improved student experience as they share ideas and best practice.

The programme is focusing on preparing new partners to support students for a better experience, fully understand the product proposition and help them map out their own plan of action.

The programme will be delivered online, with webinars and online resources available to new and existing partners.

Webinars overview

  • 13th May: Programme Launch
  • 27th May: Whole University Approach
  • 17th June: Designing Student Engagement
  • 24th June: Reviewing Internal processes
  • 1 July: Planning for Success with  ‘Go Live’ Action Plan

We anticipate partners taking part in the “Steps for Success Programme” will nominate different team members to participate each week – all the better to get everyone involved. There will be opportunities to meet other members of the cohort, run a (virtual) launch event on your campus, plan internal communications, review processes and ensure all teams involved understand how they can best integrate Blackbullion to meet their objectives and requirements.
